1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide, improve, and secure our Service:

Account Information – When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed password. We also store your account balance (coins), generation history, purchase history, and spend history.
User-Generated Content – The images (JPG/PNG) you upload to generate 3D models are temporarily stored on our servers, processed by our AI provider, and then deleted after the model is created. The resulting 3D models (.GLB) are stored for 24 hours and then automatically deleted, unless you delete them earlier.
Payment Information – All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card details, but we may receive transaction IDs, amounts, and your email address to credit your account.
Communication Data – If you contact our support (e.g., via email), we may keep a record of that correspondence to assist you.
Technical Data – IP address, browser type, device information, and usage statistics (collected via standard server logs and analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data only for legitimate purposes:

To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and display your balance and history.
To process 3D model generation requests using your uploaded images.
To process payments (via Stripe) and credit coins to your balance.
To send you important service notifications (e.g., password reset emails, email change confirmation).
To improve our AI models, user experience, and security.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties

We only share your data when necessary to operate our Service and only with trusted partners:

Tripo API – We send your uploaded images to Tripo’s AI service to generate the 3D models. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Stripe – Handles all payment transactions. We never see your full credit card information.
Email service (Gmail SMTP) – Used to send verification codes and notifications. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for that purpose.
Hosting and database – Our servers (SQLite, Node.js) store your data securely; we do not use external cloud databases except as described.

We ensure all third parties provide adequate data protection commitments.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures:

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.
All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Uploaded images are stored temporarily only for the duration of model generation (typically a few minutes) and then deleted.
Generated 3D models are stored for 24 hours and automatically removed from our system after that time. You may also delete them manually from your dashboard.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
